Corporate Structure

Medi-Globe Corporation is a privately held US (Delaware) “C” corporation based in Tempe, Arizona. The shareholders have elected a seven person board of directors to oversee the executive management of the corporation and to represent the shareholders.

The executive management of the corporation is composed of the CEO, an Executive Vice President and several (functional) Vice Presidents. This group is responsible for the execution of the corporation’s strategic initiatives.

Below the corporate executives are the Managing Directors of each of the individual operating companies. These executives are responsible for all aspects of their respective operating units.
