Medi-Globe GmbH - China

In late 2002 Medi-Globe established the office in Beijing (Peoples Republic of China). Since then this office has been working to gain SFDA approval for the sale of Medi-Globe GmbH’s gastroenterology product line in China. Final clearance from the Health Ministry is expected during the second half of 2008. Once these licenses are secured this office will begin to coordinate the importation and sales Medi-Globe’s flexibly endoscopy instrument line.

Simultaneously, the Beijing office was commissioned to source inexpensive, quality trade products from reputable Chinese manufacturers for sales to and via the European hospital supply companies within the group (Asid Bonz, Asept InMed and Tuesshaus). Due to the success of this element of the Chinese operation, such activities are expanding and becoming increasingly important contributors to the success of the overall firm.
