The Medi-Globe GmbH office in Schweinfurt is the sales headquarters for the company’s unique, specialty wound care product line, GLYCOcell.

The clinically proven GLYCOcell gel dressings are produced on a large-scale format in Medi-Globe’s newly equipped, generously sized clean room (ISO class 7). A variety of the GLYCOcell product line is manufactured under certified and validated conditions in Neuhaus, Germany. The portfolio of products includes innovative special forms and all other popular standard sizes.

The therapeutic, antimicrobial effect of GLYCOcell-Gel wound dressings is based on a selective absorption of wound exudates via the gel, securing it into the gel matrix, and at the same time, emitting glycerin onto the wound area.
